Something I did some time ago during the exam week because I was fed up with the entire thing and really needed to draw something to keep myself sane.

Whoa, someone other than Hirari and Hiioryuu for a change. xD Adairel (red hair) and Naoya (blue hair). I kinda like how Naoya came out but still need to think of ways to colour Adairel's hair. For some reason, I don't think it looks right...

Anyway, this is a draft so I might be putting it in 'scraps' later. Depends. I'm too lazy to type a thorough description of their personalities here and to be honest, I'm still pondering about that myself.

The really basic outline I have for them is that Adairel is the tough-elegant type who exudes this air of leadership and authority. She's also the head of The Order's militia (corny name, I know. I'm trying to come up with something better). She's an excellent fighter and strategist and is very nimble with blades. She may possibly have a very low-profile husband who seems to be her exact opposite (fumbling, clumsy & mild-mannered) whose skill lies in research & mechanics.

Naoya, on the other hand, is the advisor for the current ruler of Aesthcavoir (the realm which this story is set). Never be fooled by her outward appearance. Her rather playful personality masks the fact that she's actually shrewd and ruthlessly cunning. It's never quite clear what she really thinks or which side she's on, which makes her extremely risky to trust ( pretty ironic, since she is the advisor after all). She enjoys teasing Hiioryuu whenever the opportunity arises. She's also an extremely powerful healer.

The major exams are over but somehow I feel strangely... out of it. Ugh.... *crawls into bed*

this is fantastic work.
The colouring is beautiful and the contours of the hair are perfect and emphasize the flowing feel of it.

Ahaha, I kid I kid. Though she does look a beeeet like Ren, I love how you styled Naoya's hair. *O* Actually, I love how you style hair point blank. >> *shakes fist*

Of course, my affections grow for Naoya (X3) but Adairel looks equally cool and apathetic. I really, really wonder how they fit into the storyline now, and what they've got to do with Hirari and Hiioryuu. >.< *needs spoilers to live*

I really love the way you color. Seriously. o_o You've got a knack for making each strand look so perfect, and make it look so easy too. >> Can't wait to see the rest of their...bodies. XD!
