Artist's CommentsI’m depressed. ~__~ And ~focaccina knows why… NOOOOEEESSSS!!! Rith/Reith…!! *sniff* I want my happy ending!!! *stomps foot* ;__; Anyway, on to the pic… Calintz x Reith IS TEH OTP LUFF!!!!  [<-- has only recently discovered the meaning of ‘OTP’ through the wonders of Wikipedia. Sad, ain’t it?] Oh god… yess!!! I finally finished this [and broke my back in the process… XP Kay... not really. But close]. I haven’t picked up my 0.1 technical pen for the *longest* time… but I did so for the sake of this drawing. There were many, many mistakes in this one and I cringe everytime I think about them. *~Hanesihiko you IDIOT!* If you look at the original drawing up close, there are a lot of white correction marks [which can’t be seen anymore once this was scanned] especially on Calintz’s hair cuz teh idiot ~Hanesihiko simply inked his hair without even thinking. >__>;; I finished inking his hair only to realize that it’s *white* and the multiple black lines I did on his hair won’t look good in the end because for god’s sake, his hair is WHITE dammit! *cough* So I had to resort to loads and loads of patience and ‘Comic Super White’ and as you can see *points at pic* that’s the result. Calintz-sama… I’m deeply, terribly sorry. >_<;;; It’s bad enough that I drew you camouflaged by Rith… haha. Gomen. XD; Rith is the main focus of this pic simply because… hell yeah, girls are WAY easier to draw than guys. Maybe I’ll attempt a full pic Calintz someday but until then… please bear with this. ^^ I have a feeling that the light source is all mixed-up in this one…  Yes, I’m lousy in that area. Just ignore it. And Rith’s left leg… *grimace* No, don’t tell me. ~__~ And by god, I’ve never drawn chest proportions quite like that before. XDXD;;; *stabs self* The hardest part is… of course, Calintz’s hair. @_@ The most enjoyable part… Rith’s dress.  Although I think I might have rendered my yellow Copic dry in order to finish colouring it. The puffy things on her braids are LUFF! X3 The most annoying part is… the fur/feathers on Calintz’s clothes. I made a major, irreversible mistake with them. -_-;; The scariest part and definitely the part I was least anticipating is… the skin. >_< I was so scared to colour it that I left it until the very last minute. It's so hard to make the skin tone look smooth using markers. Even now I still can't seem to understand how the blender marker works. >__>; Can you feel the lurve~~~? Anywho. Just. o_O Wow. This is probably the most stunning piece you've done thus far. First off, the coloring is pro. No kidding. The shades you got were awesome and makes the whole thing seem vibrant and beautiful. I especially like the way you colored her dress. The way you positioned the hair pieces of Rith's braids and even Calintz strands makes it look like you've captured them in motion, and I've always loved that effect instead of the standard:
Even when you pointed them out, I'm pretty sure her chest is FOMG way bigger then that. XDDD No worries, I think they would've taken up the whole page if you hadn't shrinked them. o_O;;;
And you're right, the puffy things are LOVE. *O* I just wanna grab them and cuddle them. X3
